Our Philosophy on speed

Speed is a crucial aspect in many sports, as it determines the outcome of races, competitions, and games.

Speed in Sport is a key aspect to individual performance here is an example of where speed is particularly important:

  1. Track and Field: Sprinting events, such as the 100-meter and 200-meter sprints, require athletes to achieve top speeds over short distances.
  2. Football (Soccer): Speed is valuable for both attacking and defensive players. Quickness allows attackers to outrun defenders and score goals, while defenders rely on speed to track opponents and prevent scoring opportunities. Its crucial to increase this aspect in your game to get to the next level
  3. Basketball: Fast players have an advantage in basketball, as speed helps in fast breaks, driving to the basket, and defending against opponents.
  4. Rugby league/union: Speed is essential for players in rugby to evade opponents, make breaks through the defence, and chase down opponents to make tackles.
  5. Tennis: Speed in tennis is pivotal for several reasons, including Reaction Time, Rapid responses to your opponent's shots are crucial for getting into position and executing effective return.
